Makota Management, Inc. is a full service property and construction management company specializing in residential, office, retail and industrial properties. It currently manages over 700,000sqft of commercial real estate in the Seattle and Puget Sound areas. Greg Nelson, PE, founded Makota Management in 2000 and was created to manage commercial real estate and tenant improvement construction projects within its managed properties. It has expanded into managing construction projects on a contract basis for tenants, building owners and developers as well as being a court appointed receiver for distressed properties.
Greg graduated with a BS Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington in 1986. He started his career designing HVAC, plumbing/piping and controls systems and managed their construction in commercial and industrial facilities for MacDonald-Miller for 12 years.
